The Harman P35I pellet insert is 35,000 Btu’s heating up to 1500 Sq Ft. This model is a Brand new Insert with closeout pricing as they are not being made anymore. All parts are still available and will be. The insert with the surround sold new for $4,300. This unit is designed to be installed into an existing masonry fireplace and be vented up your existing chimney. This is an auto light, runs off the Harman built in Room sensing technology and has an ash pan. The insert comes with a 1 year parts warranty from date of pick up or install.
